Account Deletion

You can delete your Lifolo account at any time, directly from inside the app.

Delete your account from the app

  1. 1Open Lifolo.
  2. 2Tap the Profile tab.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
  4. 4Tap the red “Hesabımı Sil” option.
  5. 5Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Once you confirm the deletion in the app, your account and the data associated with it are removed in line with our Privacy Policy. This cannot be undone, and we're not able to restore your account or its data afterward.

Can't access your account?

If you're unable to sign in — for example, you've lost access to your email or forgotten your password — contact us and we'll help you delete your account.
